- What AI has genuinely changed for attackers: volume, quality and speed
- Social engineering, voice and video impersonation in real cases
- Identity as the dominant attack surface across cloud estates
- What has not changed: credentials, patching and misconfiguration
- Reading threat reporting critically when vendors publish it
What you need before you start
- A leadership or senior technical role with influence over technology decisions
- General familiarity with cloud services and current AI tooling as a user
- No machine learning or data science background required
- Around two to three hours a week outside sessions
